It's only been a week or teo with FIGO…
It's only been a week or teo with FIGO an the claims process has been cake! I love al the features it has, and the email address feature is great! So much more convenient than scanning, uploading, etc. I have a different carrier for my other pets (it was/is an empaloyer plan), and I have had so much trouble! With my new girl, I decided to try FIGO... Best decision this far. I'll keep you posted :)

First Timer - pet insurance and first claim
I have had many dogs in the past, no insurance, and have incurred large expenses over the years. With my new addition, i decided that doggie health insurance would be a good idea. I hope to never use the accident and illness portion but as ever pet owner knows, things do happen. I did add wellness to my policy and was able to recently use it - the process was simple, quick and easy. As of today, i certainly would recommend, first pet insurance and second, Lemonade.

All Insurance Companies need to lessons from Trupanion
Frieda has several serious health issues including epilepsy and elbow dysplasia. Her vet bills have been substantial. The stress and worry, while extensive diagnostics were performed, were mitigated by the knowledge that Trupanion was with us. The costs were beyond my budget. Without the unconditional support of Trupanion, I would have had to make a terrible choice. With Trupanion her conditions were diagnosed and are manageable with medication. Trupanion continues to support both of us by covering Frieda's ongoing medication costs and reimbursing me promptly and directly to my bank account. Their service is exemplary. House, car, and liability insurance companies should take lessons from Trupanion on service, rates, and loyalty. Both pets I have acquired since Freida are covered by Trupanion. I will not be alone with the worry and expenses of my pet's health ever again. Thank you Trupanion from Gina, Frieda, Toby and Minnie.

Healthy Paws is great!
After researching many pet insurance companies, I found Healthy Paws to be the best choice for me. I couldn't be happier with them to be honest. My puppy recently ate what was suspected to be a piece of glass. I took her to be examined by our local vet where an x-ray revealed what I suspected. Our local vet could not handle the surgery that was needed so another animal hospital was involved. I submitted claims to Healthy Paws and was very pleased that they responded quickly in spite of it being a weekend. Within a few days, they had processed the claims and said they were covering what my policy stated. I was very relieved, of course. They have since been in touch to see how my puppy is recuperating. How could you ask for anything more? If you want great customer care and a good insurance policy for your fur baby, look no further. Healthy Paws is great!

Great pet insurance and customer service
I couldn't be happier with Healthy Paws. My puppy recently ate what was suspected to be a piece of glass. After an x-ray at the local vet, and emergency exploratory surgery with a specialized surgeon, claims were submitted and Healthy Paws kept in contact throughout the entire claims processing period. I was extremely happy with the fact that Healthy Paws covered the claims at the rate of reimbursement and deductible I had chosen. They have even been in contact to check on my puppy's recuperation. That is good customer service! I did a lot of researching of pet insurers before choosing Healthy Paws. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about them. So very glad I went with them.
