Terrific coverage..........
I was in and out of the hospital and my insurance policy covering my service dog lapsed. I was able to start a new policy at 90% coverage for my policies within a few dollars of my old policies. Many thanks for that.

I’m giving a 5 star but I haven’t yet had to file a claim. The 5 stars are for communication with the company - my questions were answered and the price was right for both my pups. We’ll see how the 5 stars hold if/when i must file a claim.

Have been a member for years - and left out to dry
Have been a member for years, and went to file my first claim ever. Services were provided in June of 2022, and I tried submitting for reimbursement in Dec of 2022, and was told that it had been too long past. So was completely left out to dry with no willing to help. Warning, do not use this company.

A+ BBB Rating & 5 Stars as well! I am sold!
Spoke with two sales staff, Andrea & Monica who were both very, very helpful, I had a TON of questions and both were very helpful in answering all my questions satisfactorly!! My Pet Insurance will not start until after Januray 1st 2023. I stumbled across PRUDENT Pet Ins. by accident, was searching TOP Rated CO. for four days and never came across them until the fourth day.... I checked BBB and they have a FOUR STAR rating AND A+ Business Practrice! Great reviews overall in comparsion to other CO. and beleive you me I have read a Stupid amount of Pet Ins. reviews over the last four days!!! Barely any even Caution reviews! So I am going to give Prudent a shot!
