First off
First off. My pets and I haven't done anything yet with the insurance to warrant a review. However, the purchasing portion went smoothly. Other than that...I have yet to experience real issues such as claims. Personally. I think you're asking for a review too early in the "game". Wait till a claim is process. Its also annoying getting three to four emails reminding us to give a review. Not 😎

Great company!
A great company. They are thoughtful, caring and very responsive. They have made it about as easy as possible to file a claim, and the turnaround is fast!

I exhausted my search for the best for my pet and me.
After a survey of all the Pet Insurance plans I could find, it was easy for me to determine ManyPets had the best plan at a price I could afford! Now I'm breathing easier!

Stellar Company
I'm very pleased with my experience! I have to admit I was skeptical about insuring my cats at all as they're usually pretty low maintence after their kitten phase. I've also heard of so many insurance companies 'claiming' to cover but then not paying out. Boy am I glad I listened to my gut when choosing Healthy Paws!! The plan itself is definitely affordable every month and with a low annual deductible, 90% coverage and no caps or incident limits, it's been worth every penny! One of our fur babies is not even two and became really ill with what seemed to be a bacterial infection with unknown origin. Our vet took care of him and Healthy Paws took care of us! Service was realtively swift and when I had to call in with questions they were helpful and quick to answer. The follow up to check in on how our cat was doing even after they settled the claim was very sweet and shows how stellar their customer service really is!

I tried it and decided to cancel after…
I tried it and decided to cancel after a full review of the policy details. The policy outline days you can cancel anytime and if within 30 days get a full refund. It also said that I can cancel by phone, fax or email. I send an email but was informed that an email was not acceptable. I had to call ,when I called I was given a hard sell to stay, really hard and the guy tried to make me feel guilty. Saying 'economic euthenasia' and such. I really had to speak very firmly for him to accept my instructions. I'm sure the coverage might be ok but I simply decided to set aside the monthly amount hoping that will be good.

Incorrect interpretation of results, leading to multiple denied claims for the same problem
First, let me start by stating that I have had a TERRIBLE time with Embrace. My dog Otter was diagnosed with neck pain, and the two claims were denied because he was in his orthopedic waiting period. When my vet appealed, they were still denied, because it might be orthopedic. When he was taken to a neurologist (claim #3 - for the same issue, now to a specialist), and they found meningeal enhancement (and even performed a spinal tap to determine the cause), they denied the claim - why? Pre-existing condition - of a neurological issue that might be orthopedic (but is clearly not). How do I know? Because I have a PhD from the UGA College of Veterinary Medicine, and I reviewed meningeal enhancement (the diagnosis), which is undoubtedly a neurological issue. The neurologist even wrote that there was no orthopedic involvement in the notes! How does a neurological issue of meningeal enhancement that starts four months after the policy started become "Anxiety and Abnormal Behavior" to the claims adjuster, which are conveniently not covered? Otter is doing better now after a course of prednisone, many thanks to the neurologist that treated him and absolutely no thanks to Embrace.
