Best thing to ever happen to my pet, he was diagnosed with ms at 6years old and i cant even put into words how much trupanion has helped us take care of his needs. I got my beautiful Boston terrier December 2006. I didn’t get the insurance right away and was very sorry I did not. But once I got it, everyone was helpful, professional, prompt, an all-around, good experience all the way to the end of his wonderful life.

Don’t make the mistake of thinking that insurance for your pet is an inexpensive. However, I researched and did my homework prior to purchasing my Newfoundland puppy from a certified breeder. A few months after bringing her home we found out that she had quite a few medical issues. Luckily for me, I had purchased insurance when we first got her, since my options were to return her to the breeder, or treat her ongoing illnesses. If it were not for our insurance, the choice would’ve been devastating.

After I placed in the claims, texts were sent to notify myself that the claim is received. If there were additional documents needed, emails were sent. No fuss, and money was in my account within 72 hours after my claim was approved.
