Totally misleading
Totally misleading when they sell the insurance, they intentionally don't mention that they don't cover any "exams" even if they are part of a emergency room visit. Taking advantage of loopholes in their wording to rip people off. Customer service manager "agreed with me" but did nothing. Going to another company

Dolce Received Pawriffic Service!
Excellent customer service….Julie was very patient & kind! Answered all questions regarding Dolce’s policy, recent claim submission etc. At the beginning and end of the call, she acknowledged Dolce and offrered three hugs be extended to him on her behalf! Too sweet!

Peace of mind
I am very pleased so far. I have signed up with the full preventative and health in addition to accident coverage. I've already been paid back from our first puppy shot visit. Submitting the claim in the app was very easy. Every time I've called with questions I've spoken to a real person without much wait at all! I would recommend.

Kidney and bladder Stones in my 6.5 year old Morkie Lia.
Our little dog required surgery to remove a large kidney stone that had dropped into her uretha. The surgen needed to insert a stant to keep the uretha from collaspsing. He also removed the remaining stones in the kidney and bladder. Stones are very common in small dogs. Healthy Paws covered 90% of the cost which was a lot. They sent many emails inquring how Lia was doing. They answered all my questions and kept us informed on the progress of our claim.

Won't cover pet hurt in accident…
Won't cover pet hurt in accident because of something trivial. You're willing to take my money immediately but not cover my bet until weeks later. So I paid for a service I can't use and now I'm being told that my dog being hit by a car that jumped a curb isn't covered and now has a "pre-existing condition"

We are so lucky we have this insurance from small claim to a major surgery we receive a check in a very short time. they cover everything that was promised to be covered. and they also cared about my dog and checked on him after the surgery. It is a simple and very easy to file a claim and the customer service is the best!
