ManyPets offered the best coverage to meet my pet's needs at a reasonable cost. The website was clear, extremely easy to navigate and made choosing the plan an easy task. The insurance document came immediately and was thorough. I am relieved that Elizabeth the Destroyer, my beautiful, 10 month old, mixed breed pup, is covered for veterinary emergencies.

I received paperwork in the mail today…
I received paperwork in the mail today for my 3 pets that I enrolled. But it did not include info on the wellness plan that I opted for as well. I would have like to have gotten more info electronically right away after enrolling, in a easier to understand right away how the policy will work and how claims are made. Its a lot of money.

Horrible Customer Service
They are horrible. Everything is a preexisting condition, and they do not cover for anything, and when you call them they do not even try to help you. Waste of time. Waste of money
