Overall, a good insurance policy
It was easy to submit a claim for my cat's stay in the animal hospital and almost everything was covered. I'm very grateful I was able to get my cat the care he needed without worrying about the costs. The process was a little slow - it took about six weeks to process my claim. The explanation of benefits is also a bit confusing - they say that it's 90% co-insurance, but they mean that they pay for 90% of the costs. In the human medical world, this would be referred to as 10% co-insurance. But overall, a good experience with Pets Best.

Great Insurance - Fast Claims - Great app!
I'm very happy with this insurance. Reasonable price compared to others. I enjoy dealing with them. Thank goodness we haven't had an accident or illness, but from my experience with dental, vaccines, and wellness check they have been excellent. Highly recommended.

Without SpotPet Insurance I would be out a lot of money.
I had heard of Pet Insurance but never gave it much thought, until my Goldendoodle (Skittles) got her leg caught in a fence. After paying that bill I signed up with SpotPet Insurance now my bills are covered and we have a happy dog.

My meaningless quote
I got a quote online. Based on that quote I switched over to Sonnet. Then after switching my premium was increased by 56%, and my credit card was charged again for the increase. No phone call or email as to why. I tried to call via phone to get an explanation but haven’t got one yet. If your quoting process is that flawed you should fix it. It’s very misleading and in effect false advertising or fraud.
