disappointed costumer
They have a great costumer service who does everything to help, But I submitted a claim for my dog gave them all the files that they asked for And they reject a Trauma section of the bill because it happened 5 days after I purchased the insurance so the trauma is something with history so they don't cover this so technically My dog can be ran over by a bus and it will be some issue with History of the dog really disappointed

My opinion
I am sure sonnet has probably worked at doing things right. I however think they lack in communication. I have tried several times to get hold of someone in customer service without any luck. Sonnet wants to rely on computer generated service mostly and very little live people. I have left several messages requesting someone to call me back with no success from sonnet. There customer service is very poor.

Easy to purchase and amazing customer service!
A friend recommended sonnet and I’m so glad they did! I loved that I could do all the selections for my coverage completely online by myself with no assistance of any kind from a representative though they are very attentive if you need their guidance or assistance after you’ve purchased everything! They were so understanding when I called to inform them that I had the money in the wrong account and worked with me on a solution for this! So happy I switched, 10/10 recommend!
