Admin fee surprise.
Was very surprised and disappointed when I got to the very end of filling out all my information, that there was an additional enrolment admin fee. At no point while speaking to your agents was it mentioned. Itâs a completely unnecessary cash grab and you should be ashamed of yourselves for charging it.

Rachael was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was prompt to answer all question and I felt the coverage was fair. Although the price is high. I think if the prices were slightly lower or the deductible was lower more people would enroll.
