The service was kind, and I worked with pre-approvals that were returned to me in a day. I got to take amazing care of my dogs and know I did all I could for them. I tell all my friends they are doing a disservice to there pets if they don't have Trupanion. We are now going to start chemotherapy on my golden retriever. I want to thank Trupanion from the bottom of my heart.

I received such great reviews on your company but to be honest I havenât felt i have received the great services i heard you provided. Annually my premium goes up like clickwork and then you split one procedure into two categories ??

Jolie did have wax build up as a puppy However I did call and spoke with a representative who did not rule out this visit could be covered.
Jolie did have wax build up as a puppy, However, I did call and spoke with a representative who did not rule out this visit could be covered. This condition was more severe than any ordinary dirty ear. Usually just an earwash and a mild ear med would resolve the condition. This poor girl had sores in her ears. When one medication didn't work Prednisone and another medication were needed. This condition caused this young dog severe pain. It was far worse than any seasonal flare up.
