Timely and efficient coverage
This is not the first time I have had to use the insurance coverage, but I'm so glad I have the coverage. My Havi has gastro intestinal issues that we are still trying to figure out the cause. Trupanion has paid the claim quickly and efficiently. Thank goodness too as I'm on a fixed income.

Love Trupanion
I love Trupanion and how easy it is. I am now a consultant working with animal hospitals, but started my career as a Technician and then Practice Manager. I have always worked with and recommended Trupanion for pet owners because of the coverage, the convenience with direct payment, and the deductible per problem… I know some people are thrown by that but I love it. The majority of my time at the vet outside of wellness is bringing my pets in for chronic illness, so I appreciate that aspect. I signed up my pup Ruby when she was just 10 weeks old and it’s been so great from the start. Now, as a 2.5 year old, she has allergies and the insurance coverage has been a lifesaver. With chronic issues, it’s great to have consistent coverage. It also makes saying yes to all treatment so easy and I love being able to give my girl the best care.

Wait Time
I’m glad I have pet insurance but the wait time in between submitting a claim and hearing back about how much I will get back is way too long. My last claim that I submitted took over a month.

It's only been a week or teo with FIGO…
It's only been a week or teo with FIGO an the claims process has been cake! I love al the features it has, and the email address feature is great! So much more convenient than scanning, uploading, etc. I have a different carrier for my other pets (it was/is an empaloyer plan), and I have had so much trouble! With my new girl, I decided to try FIGO... Best decision this far. I'll keep you posted :)

First Timer - pet insurance and first claim
I have had many dogs in the past, no insurance, and have incurred large expenses over the years. With my new addition, i decided that doggie health insurance would be a good idea. I hope to never use the accident and illness portion but as ever pet owner knows, things do happen. I did add wellness to my policy and was able to recently use it - the process was simple, quick and easy. As of today, i certainly would recommend, first pet insurance and second, Lemonade.
