My 10 mo old female dog had a uterine infection. I found Care Surgery center. They were able to get my puppy in fast. I sent in my records and receipts in the app. Super easy and pets best sent me an email to keep me updated on the progress of the claim. My reimbursement was super fast! I can’t say enough about this company. No other insurance company can even come close!!

I have 3 Pom mixes, ages 5 thru 14 yrs. Emergencies happen, I have submitted a few claims and they have been approved without any hassle. I would highly recommend Metlife pet insurance.

Easy and Quick!!
My pup got injured and this was the first time I filed a claim. It was so easy! The website was self explanatory and understandable. The decision was also so quick. I had resolution in 2 days.

This company should be put out of business.. they have every excuse not to pay a claim.. it is completely impossible to speak to anybody above a mere tell a representative who works remotely at home all across the country.. you cannot contact their supervisors or bosses.. they don't have any names to give you.. they only have PO boxes for addresses and they don't even know the name of the president or manager or owner of their company.. you can't complain to anybody.. you can't speak to anybody.. and you can't reach the AKC who they've paid to use their name.. because the AKC does not care.
