I have had Embrace for our last 2 dogs…
I have had Embrace for our last 2 dogs and have never had a problem with reimbursement. They are always on top of things and very friendly if I have to call.

Our cat had swallowed a needle and thread
Our cat had swallowed a needle and thread that had to be removed by endoscopy on New Years day. We ended up paying over $4700. They did a great job and our cat is back to normal. We submitted our claim to Embrace and within two two weeks received our money with no hassle. I was pleasantly surprised that they made it so easy. Highly recommend Embrace.

My puppy got into some rat poison and had to see the vet every week which is very expensive. So glad Pets Best got us cover 90% of the bill. Just wish it would be a little faster than 2 weeks for the reimbursement to come. But everything is great other than that! Highly recommend!

Once you get the account setup correctly, it's smooth sailing. Figo makes it so easy to file claims and help me take care of my pups. All the reps I've spoken with have been first class and seem to really care about my pups.
