Easy to understand
Coverage is clear and doesn't have grey area. It is easy to look up my policy to see what is/isn't covered so there aren't any surprises. I've used the coverage for the first time this year and was pleasantly surprised to find out they even covered the poison control call I had to make. I work with a lot of insurance companies at the vet's office I work at, but even on the vet side, Figo is great. It is the insurance company I recommend to new pet parents.

Trapanion has always been upfront regarding xoveragr and payouts. They have paid in a very timely manner and explain what is covered and what is not. Easy to submit claims and they keep you advised of the progress
