Great communication
I had 2 claims within 1 month. Both people assigned to the cases were very prompt and efficient at getting the claims processed quickly. The communication was good and the instructions were easy to follow. I received my claim reimbursement quickly.

It took a little while to get reimbursed which is fine . My dog Nash had an illness and was treated at an animal hospital and then at his veterinarian as a follow up for the same illness I got reimbursed for the animal hospital visit but never got anything from the vet visit which was included in the same claim . It cost about $400 for the meds and vet visit .

We were able to have peace of mind knowing our claims would be taken care of and that we could focus on getting the best care for our dog. We strongly feel all dog owners should have Trupanion.
