My Bella, was ran over by a golf cart and had to have surgery. I was so thankful that I had this coverage because I didn't have to worry about the cost of what my little baby needed. Which gave me time to concentrate on taking care of her! Hospital billed straight to Trupanion and the only money I was out was the office visit.

Claim submission issue
I asked my vet to submit my invoice for skin allergy treatment and prescription and got a response from Trupanion denying the claim for any infected ear. Not sure in the Vet submitted incorrectly or not.
