My golden retriever had a trauma accident at a very young age. I only had the insurance a few months but they covered it with no questions. I am very satisfied with their response. They kept me informed during the process.

Happy but there's room for improvement.
I am definitely happy with the ability to cover my pet with insurance but the claim process needs improvement. It took so long for my claim to be processed that I actually forgot I was still waiting on this. However, it was a pleasant surprise to get an email on a Friday morning that I have some money going into my bank account.

Monica helped me today. She was incredibly professional and answered every question I had. I had originally called to cancelled, but when Monica explained how important coverage can be for my two purebred dogs, I not only stayed with Prudent Pet, but added a feature. Baby Girl had a sick stomach and was…
Baby Girl had a sick stomach and was unable to poop. She had no appetite but she drank lots of water and had no problem urinating. She was given lots of loving and meditation and we went home with food and meds for her. She got better in a few days. She started eating and then she tried to poop and blood came out. She’s doing fine now. The blood came out due to sliding on the rug by the door. I keep ointment on her for now.
