I would like them to put my 100% back in my policy, the customer service is very good, but it should have more Spanish-speaking operators than the rest, the insurance is excellent, I recommend it 100%.

Worst company ever to deal with
Worst company ever to deal with. This insurance is a scam. They do everything in their power not to re-imburse you. They expect you to do their job for them and then turn around and say a 24/7 vet didn't answer the phone or call us back and you get a hold of the vet withing 2 minutes. It's a scam. Don't waste your money on this place.

Amazing Experience
I got this insurance because a co-worker recommended I do incase of an emergency. I'm glad I did! Opening a claim and submitting the necessary documents was painless and SO EASY. If you're thinking of getting your pup (or any pet) Pets Best Pet Insurance, do it now! You never expect something to happen but if it does, you'll be so glad you did. I could not recommend Pet Best enough. They made everything so easy and processed the claim quickly.

Quoted me 296$ a mont, then it came back as 325$ and now got an email saying there having difficulties and are charging me 575$ a month all within a month and a 2 weeks. Thanks sonnet your the best!

Fast and easy!
I needed to add a new pet onto an existing policy that was started through my employer. MetLife was able to do everything over the phone and notify my employer to add the new pet. It was all done within 5 minutes! Very fast and easy!
