UH OH - She ate what?!
I was sooo thankful to be able to take my girl in after a bout of 'indiscrete ingestion'. I am a student, so my budget is fixed - having Trupanion is the confidence I need to provide the best care for my girl! She is my second pup insured through Trupanion, and I'll never use anyone else! I've never felt anything other than cared for, and the coverage gives me the peace of mind to let my pups experience the world without financial anxiety! THANK YOU TRUPANION!

Lousy customer service experience
Submitted a claim on 1/10. Received a message on 1/17 on the app that they reviewed my claim and that they requested medical info from Vet. I checked with vet on 1/20 and they had not received anything from Embrace. I sent email to Embrace on 1/24 asking when they sent it. On 1/28 I got a note saying they were going to have to request the info. I called Cust service on 1/30 and they said they didn’t send email request until 1/28 and it could take 30 days from receiving info from vet to settle the claim. I called vet on 1/30 and they still had not received the request from Embrace. The vet was going to call them. I’m very dissatisfied with what was a lousy customer service experience! We’ll see how long it actually takes to settle the claim! I expected much better!!
