It feels like I'm speaking with my neighbor, and not some distant phone worker. They really know their stuff! I've recommended Trupanion to everyone I know with pets. Our Vet, and veterinary surgeon recommend Trupanion, and say Trupanion is the only pet insurance that they take payment from directly.
