The ease of submission of paperwork is the most important thing and it’s very easy to submit what you need .it’s easy to discuss what they need .it is not a complicated communication. I think it’s the best choice and Cat insurance

Healthy Paws is great!
I have been with Healthy Paws for about 8 years now and I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive. I honestly have never had any issues with them and have only ever spoken to a rep maybe once when my dog was between 1-2 years old, I submit everything online and use the website every time. Each time my dog is at the vet (and we are there a lot due to her on going allergies and skin irritations) I submit her claim right away and I always get reimbursed for what’s allowed with no issues. She recently just had TPLO surgery and I was able to get that money back within 3-4days!! Very happy with that haha. I also elected for the 90% reimbursement rate so I get the most back each time. I submit everything online and don’t have any issues. They have helped me and my pup for a long time now and we couldn’t be happier!

The best insurance
My dog Brooklyn was perfectly healthy and last December me and my husband noticed he was getting out breath easy and coughing often. We took him to the vet for a check up and the vet sent us to the ER immediately. Brooklyn was admitted for possible cardiac arrest. Few hours later we found out he had pneumonia and a tumor on his heart. Since then we haven’t stopped taking him every month to the hospital for treatment and follow up. We were so stressed for the bills but fortunately SPOT has been amazing and on point with refunding every single bill. We’re so grateful we have SPOT. They are 100% professional and reliable. Thank you so much SPOT ❤️ And our Brooklyn is doing so much better!

Less Teeth, Less Problems!
We were not expecting our pug to need 10 teeth extracted when she went in for a dental. We were happy to get money back from amount that was much more than we budgeted for. Our veterinarian and clinic are amazing. We are very happy with the outcome. Elsa feels better and no more dragon breath!
