So happy I decided to go with Spot Pet Insurance! The process to get a quote was super easy! Their customer service was great for all my first time questions about how pet insurance works! I recommend Spot Pet Insurance to all my friends & family who are pet owners!

Lousy customer service experience
Submitted a claim on 1/10. Received a message on 1/17 on the app that they reviewed my claim and that they requested medical info from Vet. I checked with vet on 1/20 and they had not received anything from Embrace. I sent email to Embrace on 1/24 asking when they sent it. On 1/28 I got a note saying they were going to have to request the info. I called Cust service on 1/30 and they said they didn’t send email request until 1/28 and it could take 30 days from receiving info from vet to settle the claim. I called vet on 1/30 and they still had not received the request from Embrace. The vet was going to call them. I’m very dissatisfied with what was a lousy customer service experience! We’ll see how long it actually takes to settle the claim! I expected much better!!

Easy and quick!
My dog has had a chronic ear infection problem for the last 6 months- each claim has been handled quickly! Very easy to use lemonade! And hoping my pups ear problems are a thing of the past!

Metlife is the BEST DOG INSURANCE
Metlife is the best dog insurance company. They offer great coverage at an affordable price. They have preventative coverage that is 100% reimbursed minus your deductible. An easy claims process. Teeth cleaning is covered. This is great because you need to get your dog's teeth cleaned. They appear to be honest, ethical, and take time with you as a customer.

When it comes to insurance…
When it comes to insurance, there’s so many companies it’s always somewhat nerve-racking to put your trust into a company and wonder if they’re really going to pay if something comes up. I am really pleased to report that several things have come up with two of my dogs, and they have made the process easy to submit and they’ve paid on every claim I’ve put in. It’s been a pleasant surprise at how easy it has been and I’m very thankful as one of my pets has had surgery and appointments with specialist that has cost thousands of dollars. I am a teacher and there’s no way I could afford that without the insurance. Thank you so much Fetch!

Horrible !!!
I submitted several bills for our one year old pup. They denied over $1000 worth of claims and tried to say it was a pre-existing condition with his stomach. Just because one time when he was a pup, he ate some thing that did not agree with him and he got diarrhea. So anything stomach related, they say is pre-existing. Horrible company
