Highly recommend Trupanion
I have always loved Trupanion claims process. I just submit the invoices as claims and they take care of the rest. If a claim is denied it's always clear why. And it's also really clear what is and is not covered. No weird exceptions. I always know what to expect and it's not complicated. Their customer service is top notch as well.
