Can’t get it right
Truepanion keeps sending me invoices for amounts that do not match the vet invoices. They are combining two cats invoices despite the invoices clearly being separated and then rejecting the large amounts.

covered our cat's chemotherapy needed for her lung cancer
We have had our 2 cats insured with Fetch for 14 years, since they were 5-month-old kittens. Our cat Charlie was diagnosed with lung cancer last year. We have had 5 rounds of chemotherapy done since the diagnosis. Once I submit the chemo claim on Fetch’s website it gets filled within several business days. The vet bills have been one less thing to stress about.

Asking or a review way too soon
After doing a comparison of numerous pet insurance companies I chose many pets and signed up less than a month ago. Now I am being asked to write a review when there hasn’t been sufficient time for my dog to have any heath issues. I am giving a 1 star review because I think it absurd to ask for a review when your client hasn’t had time to experience your service. What people really want to know is did you pay claims and did you do it on time.
