Do you research before getting insurance
I have never submitted a claim to Embrace without having some sort of issue, unless it’s a Wellness claim if you have paid extra for a Wellness plan. After having them for a year, I submitted my first non-Wellness claim and it took 4 months to go through. I had to send them my pet’s medical records multiple times, with them saying they needed medical records to cover since his birth. We gave him the records the Humane Society gave us, and they wanted the records from before that. How are you supposed to get medical records on a stray?? Getting them to accept a claim is like pulling teeth. Shop around for insurance before picking.

Positive experience
During the past 10 years of working with Pet-First (now MetLife), I have had good service for my pets (3 West Highland Terriers). I find their customer service team especially helpful. Please keep up the good work and don't fall into such cost savings for your organization that you go the way of many healthcare (pet and human) companies today.
