Pets Best helped tremendously when our Pyrenees “Marty” blew out his knee. He had to have surgery/meds/therapy and they helped with it all. Surgery and recovery is tough anyway but having Pets Best on our side has helped a lot. I would recommend them highly. Everyone is always so pleasant and concerned whenever you need to contact them.

Incredible Service
Healthy Paws service has gone beyond my expectations. The terms of the policy are clear and easy to find and understand. Each claim is processed quickly. they communicate each step of the process so you have no anxiety as to when you'll see you refund. I'ts a great feeling to have my dog's care decisions based on quality of life and not costs. I would recommend to everyone with a pet.

They are a scam
Everything was preexisting, I spent almost 750.00 dollars for the insurance and they didn't pay one claim not even a prescription. It took months for them to review the claims and they denied every claim. Chipper has passed away and certainly not from a limp. Please don't purchase their insurance

Problem Solved
Well, apparently we experienced some sort of glitch with my new policy. Payment went through but, the new policy was nowhere to be found. Somehow it didn’t link to my existing account. Fortunately my phone call about the issue led me to Regina who promptly found a remedy to the problem, refunded my original payment and even got me a discount on my new policy! I cannot say enough about Regina’s professionalism in not only dealing with my issue but, also finding an easy and painless solution! Thank you again Regina!

Trupanion handled the claim for Louieâs surgery from beginning to end. They were quick and efficient and handled all the paperwork so I could focus on my petâs immediate needs.
