I contacted Trupanion to let them know…
I contacted Trupanion to let them know my dog was just taken to the emergency Vet and they quickly sent a pre-qualification to the vet and made sure to contact them because there was some confusion from the vet about direct pay. Trupanion went to work right away and handled the claim quickly. This was my first time using the insurance and it was a great experience.
