Terrible. Do not honor rates. Reimbursements not paid according to policy. Completely ignored reconsideration request. Total lack of customer service. Use another insurer. Plenty of better options.

Was easy
We love Trupanion, it would be nice if submitting a claim was easier. e.g. saving the vets we commonly use. If 2 animals are on a invoice being able to submit that in 1 submission.
