Could not have been easier. Less than three minutes to upload the invoice; claim paid within 24 hours (on a weekend). Customer service was easy to work with to do initial set up. Did no use the Pet Insurance Review -- recommended by the vet.

The coverage sounds great but haven’t filed a claim yet. They asked for a review and so far the only thing I know that they can improve on is getting an app to simplify how to file claims and review coverage.
