Trupanion is awesome
Trupanion is awesome. They are always there to help with Maggie's medi al bills. Having a fur-baby can get very expensive and Trupanion is right there to help. I'm thankful every day that I found them.

Save your Money find another Insurance
Martin was diagnostic with heartworm disease in december. He was a rescue and he didn't test positive until he was one year old...So, we have had Embrace for a year now, they make every claim difficult. They keep asking for medical records they had at the time of applying for the policy and ask for his medical records prior to when we adopted him. So far they have denied every claim. I am going to let this last claim run its course. If they still denied it I just going to cancel both Martin and Meyers policies.

Always under promise and over deliver on timing of benefits. When I had to call to cancel one of my pet policies due to the passing of my kitty, the team member was very compassionate and helpful.

Compassionate Service
Sign up was extremely easy, cost reasonable and coverage perfect. The only reason we cancelled our plan was because our pet unexpectedly passed very quickly. However, the customer service I recieved from Ally when requesting to cancel was heartwarming and comforting condolences first, business secondary. I will be looking into Pumpkin again if/when we decide to let a new furbaby into our hearts without a doubt.

Very Positive Claims Experience
We have a seven-year-old Great Pyrenees who has been dealing with possible cancer issues since June 2022, We have put in numerous claims so far for his prescriptions, and our claims are handled professionally and with compassion. Just make sure you include the paperwork asked for to help speed up the reimbursement process.
