Very helpful during the most difficult of times
We just had to take our three year old puppy in for emergency surgery on Saturday. Because we are a low income family, we were able to get the best care for our little guy with Trupanion’s support. Although the road to recovery will be long and on going, we feel that we can confidently move forward with the kind support of the animal professionals and Trupanion.

Simple to quote and pay accordingly. However, did not see how to add all 3 of my dogs from my account login to one policy. (I only quoted and paid for one at that time thinking I needed to quote each separately.)

Easy peasy
Finally put in my first claim and it took about 8 mins. Can’t get anymore convenient than that. Everyone there is very professional and respond to questions relatively fast. 14/10 overall rating

Don’t waste your time with Sonnet
It is a complete headache to fix anything, even when it’s Sonnet’s wrong doing. I was with Sonnet for 3 years until they misinformed me about a change to my policy, and then increased my premium by 50%, then refused to cancel my policy without proof of other insurance (which I provided 3 times) – and did absolutely nothing about the hassle. Biggest waste of time, it took over a month to finally get resolved, after calling twice a week & having to speak to someone different every time & re-explain the entire situation every time. So glad to be done with Sonnet.

Way to expensive
Way to expensive. Im paying 200 roughly dollars every two weeks. And another insurance company is offering me 118 to 125 every two weeks. I will be changing insurance after this year

Had to take our 2 year old Chihuahua…
Had to take our 2 year old Chihuahua for surgery. Would have been $3000. Cost us $200 because we had Trupanion insurance. Process was extremely easy
