Many Pets highly recommended
Many Pets came highly recommended by my sister; and she was 100% correct. Jen who is the supervisor goes out of her way to make you feel like customers are very important. She is intelligent, considerate and very efficient. Most important Jen returns phone calls with intelligence and compassion . I was very grateful for her significant help in dealing with their finance department which was very frustrating. I work in the health field. I received a rescue puppy who developed multiple problems as she was growing up. Many Pets denied multiple claims (due to vague documentation from the vet). Once the vet sent clarifying medical documentation they happily reversed their decision. Throughout my experience of several months Jen was always there to help. Her thoughtfulness and customer service skills exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Many Pets . I am hoping resolved issues in the past with the finance department will not be a recurring issue in the future. Thank you Jen and Many Pets; I am happy with your services.

Do you research before getting insurance
I have never submitted a claim to Embrace without having some sort of issue, unless it’s a Wellness claim if you have paid extra for a Wellness plan. After having them for a year, I submitted my first non-Wellness claim and it took 4 months to go through. I had to send them my pet’s medical records multiple times, with them saying they needed medical records to cover since his birth. We gave him the records the Humane Society gave us, and they wanted the records from before that. How are you supposed to get medical records on a stray?? Getting them to accept a claim is like pulling teeth. Shop around for insurance before picking.
