Having a two week wait period just…
Having a two week wait period just shows how greedy any insurance company is for having that policy. The point of insurance is to cover medical expenses regardless if it happens on first day of the policy or the 12th or the 30th day. I paid for a full month, I should get what I paid for every single day.

Highly recommend!
We purchased this policy last year when we adopted our puppy. It is easily the best decision we made for her. The policy is easy to understand, the claim forms are straightforward (altho it helps that our vet submits on our behalf), and the claims are paid quickly. The policy has easily paid for itself in the last year. I researched other companies and the pricing was competitive, but MetLife's deductible was lower than everyone else's and their coverage was better. Highly recommend!

I don’t recommend you this insurance
I don’t recommend you this insurance, it’s just waist of time and money I’ve been paying 200$ Monthly my dog had a cancer so I payed 10k for surgery they didn’t cover my dog’s hospital bills without any reason they didn’t even explain me why they just denied my claim This is unprofessional and insane Terrible and horrible experience. Plus they still calling me just to remind me that my policy will be cancelled soon if I’m not gonna pay …shame on you !! this insurance is likely a big scam.
