This is the worst pet company ever
This company claims, after a full year, that they have still not received my pet's records, despite the fact that my vet has verification that the records have been sent three times. As a result, I can't make any claims. I've been paying premiums for a full year, and have had nothing but hassles. The vet has sent records via email three times and has phoned twice and the company still claims they've had no contact with my vet. Stay far, far away.

A dental cleaning was deemed as pre-existing by SPOT. This is ludicrous! How can a cat have a pre-existing dental condition when his teeth have never been cleaned? I was reimbursed $100 of $1500. Now Spot keeps sending Amazon GC codes with no explanation of how to use them. I will not be a Spot customer much longer.

Confusing claims process
Confusing claims process, multiple requests for the same information, require records years old, will find any reason not to reimburse under covered plan. Customer service was friendly and helpful but the actual insurance company was incredibly challenging to work with.
