If you are thinking about adding a wellness power up plan to your pet's insurance, do it. The same day we brought our puppy home, we signed him up with Figo's pet insurance, adding a wellness plan. The next day, he had his wellness check with our vet as well as the next series of immunizations. I submitted the claim for both and couldn't believe the claim was processed and approved within a couple of hours. So worth it!

The best decision we ever made was to get a pet insurance policy with Pets Best. We took the top tier policy for our puppy which turned out to the best investment. Unfortunately, at 2 years old, she was diagnosed with Addison's Disease and will need ongoing medical care for the rest of her life. Pets Best gives us piece of mind that her care will be covered up to 80%. Most of the time, the reimbursement is within the 15 days window as they state. The explanations of the benefits they email are easy to understand. They policy has saved us thousands of dollars and gives us piece of mind. I do wish that replies to emails were more immediate when inquiring about a claim status, so we are not forced to have to call. Hopefully they will work on that.
