I'm so glad I got the insurance for my cat. I'm very happy with it. I just filed my first claim and got reimbursed. The process was really easy. And they make it very clear upfront about deductibles, reimbursement percentage, what they cover ect. It's way better than human insurance.

Absolutely fantastic service! They processed my claim in 20 minutes! This is far better service than my own insurance company ever gives me! They paid me $94 of a $138 claim. I am very pleased with this company!
