Poor outcome
I spent well over 1000.00 treating my dogs situation and was denied claim for what I have paid over the years I think it was unfair out come!

Easy to make a claim and payout is quick
I have had Trupanion for 12 years. The claims process has become much easier, but you cover less. All in all, I am glad I have carried the insurance for all these years. Thanks for making it so easy and for being so responsive and quick to review the claims and make the payment!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service Trupanion provided over the years for my dog Hurley. Because of you, I was able to share 13 wonderful years with him. A week before his death, he was running on the beach with me. Not bad for a dog estimated to be between 15 and 17 years old!
