Trupanion is a lifesaver!
I was hesitant to spend a lot of money on pet insurance, but Trupanion is worth every cent and more! I no longer have to worry about having to make a heartbreaking decision because I can't afford care, which is LIFE CHANGING.

Lied about trying to contact us Re payment when my visa expired
When my visa expired we forgot to contact pet secure. They said they called but they did not as I checked my phone records, they did email once . When we phoned to reinstate they said we could but all the previous issues would not be covered. What a convenient way to get rid of a customer who has too many claims. When I was on the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold fir 15 minutes which I later found out the supervisor was sitting right beside her coaching her what to say to me. When I questioned the supervisor about how many calls were made to my number she recanted admitting she was right beside the rep I was talking to and the rep made a mistake. This supervisor lied and made up facts to ensure my dogs policy would not be renewed. Don’t use them. Go to another company. They are not trust worthy.

Navigating through the site was a breeze, thanks to the simple layout. However, I would like to see a more modern take on viewing my policy coverage, for example, there could be a direct email sent to me with the linked attachments, rather than going through the site and downloading process. The service overall is great, an affordable option for pet care I have not seen with other services offering pet care services. If only routine care was an available option to purchase, would be my only complaint. However, one should note, that this is not a type of pet insurance; however, a well-being coverage. I would recommend "ManyPets USA" to friends; again their prices fit the everyday person with a fixed income.

We love love love our Healthy Paws insurance! This company has been so very helpful for us. I have signed both of my dogs up when they were puppies. One of our dogs has used the services for severe allergies and an unexpected stomach surgery. As soon as I submit my claims I immediately get a notification notifying me of the status of my claims and when they are working on them. If I have ever had any questions, I have reached out by email and phone and they are very helpful. The application is also very easy to use. They have helped me pay my dogs vet bills and I couldn’t do this without them!!! If you are questioning it, do it! It’s worth it!!

Great decision
So far I have only used the preventative care part for his vaccines and etc and it really was a help! I only pay 60 a month and I think it’s worth it for preventative date and emergencies. Filing the claim was extremely easy and quick with no hassle. Loving it so far
