Because of your two step verification I can't enter my account and do not have the time to call, my phone number has changed, these two step verifications are unnecessary, that is why we have a password. Also my insurance went up at my renewal for something I have no control of,. Where I live and it's sickening. The only reason I haven't switched is because I do not have the cash to make a double payment right now

Thank you for helping Harley get on the road to recovery!
When Harley had to see her vet for xrays and we learned she'd torn her cruciate ligament we knew it meant a big surgerical cost and lenghty recovery period. I am so relieved we got a policy with trupanion as soon as we got Harley because it meant she got the best of care and we could budget and plan quickly. I am very grateful and recommend trupanion to all my pet owning friends. I wouldn't be without it.

Our dog unfortunately had some major veterinary needs in the last two years including a large tumor removal in the jaw (needed part of his jaw removed and a few teeth). As if that was not enough after he recovered from that ordeal he tore his CCL and required TPLO surgery. Healthy Paws came through on both occasions and paid exactly what they promised to when we originally purchased the policy. Be aware your costs to insure your animal will increase over time, but this is true of all carriers not just healthy paws.

Not worth it!!
I have been their client and they havent paid for my pets last visit although I sent them all the details and bills. I understand that her vaccinations are not covered but her visit was for anxiety so her visit and anesthesia should have been covered, Unfortunately they closed the claim stating vaccinations are not covered, what about the rest??
