Anna Walatt was amazing! I had spoken to a few representatives to discuss different aspects of the same issue. My questions got answers but I didnt have complete confidence in them. However, when I got Anna she was much more pleasant. I went over all the information I was previously given. She was extremely patient,knowledgeable and personable. She even went out of her way and did something extra that none of the others offered. Please acknowledge her great customer service by placing a commendation in her records. Great Pet Insurance
I’ve had this insurance for 2 1/2 years now since I got my dog. They have been great. Last year my dog had some health issues so she was at the vet a few times. It was so nice to have a low deductible and then get money back. She has only been once this year for her regular check up and shots and the experience going through her insurance was just as easy and reassuring. It’s been a life saver having this and saving money on some higher priced vet visits.
