Quick claim processing
My cat had a blocked urethra which required 4 nights in the veterinary hospital and a total of over $8,000 of medical expenses. Embrace filed the claims on a timely basis and sent me my reimbursement amount quickly. The customer service reps are fantastic!

No Trouble with 1st Wellness Claim
I recently took out an Embrace policy through USAA, including wellness, for my dog. Just last week, my dog had his annual physical exam, for which I put in a wellness claim. The Embrace app worked very easily to submit the itemized invoice and corresponding vet notes. Within a week, the claim was reviewed and approved. Based on the vet exam, they were also able to significantly shorten the waiting period for orthopedic coverage which is very appreciated as my dog is now fully covered. So far, so good with Embrace - keep it up!

Simple processing
I have submitted quite a few claims due to having a puppy born with a kidney deformity. Our sweet boy is 2 years old now. Once I have met my $250 deductable each year, my claims have been authorized promptly and without any problem whatsoever. Submitting claim takes me less than 5 minutes just using my cell phone taking photo of bill and receipt that I paid at visit and hit "send". Done! I receive automatic reimbursement deposit into my checking account within days. Pets Best insurance has been a pleasant surprise!!
