After years of wonderful service you have changed how you work claims and reimburse Vets. It is a disadvantage to me, who pays your bills, and to them. Further I was misinformed by Trupanion and I made it very clear that I expect a phone call from a more senior person. Which has NOT happened. You used to have superb customer relations and now you are average at best. I have had 2 dogs insured with you since 2012 and I am extremely disappointed in your recent performance.

You are always there, your staff is always pleasant and efficient. They find your file quickly and tend to business in a competent and friendly manner which is so reassuring. Your Chat person did not rush me nor did she find my numerous questions ridiculous and offered advice and answers that where so helpful and relevant. Thank you for maintaining such excellent training and staff for the almost nine years I have been with you.

First Impressions
We had narrowed it down to a couple of insurance providers but in the end our decision to go with Trupanion came down to our experience with one of your sales reps. The rep was knowledgeable, informative, thorough and patient. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured to sign up. Overall great experience.

Surgery covered instantly!!
My lovely dog (German Shepherd & Husky mixed) was diagnosed with cryptorchidism. This was the first major surgery he had to go through. It got covered by Fetch instantly after I provided all the documents from the vet. I had to pay my annual deduction only. Great service and which makes me feel confident when the time comes to approach the vet... Thank you Fetch!!
