Trupanion is adding riders
I have been a loyal customer for several years, like 12 years... and now you start denying claims because I didnt purchase an additional rider in 2020 to which you sent ONE email at renewal. This is shady. I will stick with you until this dog passes, but i will no longer recommend you.
