Congratulations to Trupanion for the professionalism, courtesy, and superb customer service displayed by their staff.
I recently submitted three invoices to Trupanion in relation to a condition that my pug was diagnosed with. Within three days Trupanion approved the claims and I got back whatever our policy allowed. During the process I had to call and speak to a couple of Trupanion claims specialists. They were so lovely, cheerful, courteous, professional and helpful. That's all we, as customers, need when we are dealing with issues relating to a sick pup. It just gives you one less thing to worry about. Thank you Trupanion!

Healthy Paws - Highly Recommend
Fast, reliable, and available on the phone for questions. Our dog has had to deal with some complicated health issues and Healthy Paws has delivered on the quality they advertise the whole way through. Sign up was easy and the customer service was very nice..however, your website isn't working...I couldn't sign in to establish an account...the screen says there is an error...this has been like this for the past 3-4 days..
