I’m so upset
I’m so upset. I have been paying Trupanion $105/mo for over 5yrs since I got my pup. I have never received a dime not for vet bill or prescription cost nothing just an invoice with the promis that if I lock my dog in early even though she’s healthy it would lock her in that rate forever. Well they now raised my bill %40 to $141 dispute the promis. Right when my dog reaches the age she may start needing the coverage I’ve been investing in you raise it. That’s seems like a scam to me. I’m barely getting by an struggled to secure my dogs future all for nothing since I was lied to an my claim has reached an unreasonable cost. Not for a long time customer but I’m betting that’s the trick rope you in than raise the rate till you quit or pay obserd amount. Absolute shame. Never gave me a dime. To the responce I tried to cancel before however your rep told me I would loose my rate. That again because I started her early my rate never changes. Your response saiys something totally different. What good is a rate is “ locking in a rate if at anytime you can increase to 40% maybe next year an additional 50% till I can’t afford it? Maybe I’m dumn but locking in a rate the term that was constantly used implied something totally different to me.

Pumpkin Cares and Delivers!
I've had Pumpkin Insurance for a few years now and have appreciated the way their customer service is delivered. Each time I've contacted the company, either by phone or email, I've been helped in the most courteous and professional way. My problems, questions etc have been answered to my satisfaction, never leaving me with not understanding or feeling that I have not been given the correct answers. I appreciate the quick responses to any emails and questions.
