Healthy Paws to the rescue!
It is difficult for my wife and me to convey just how grateful we are for Healthy Paws. The past few months, our dog has had to have surgery to repair a torn CCL, x-rays, painkillers, and a round of Adequan injections for her recently diagnosed arthritis. The cost of these procedures exceeds $10,000, and there is absolutely no way we could have paid for this ourselves. I don't know what we would've done. When we filed our first claim, I wasn't sure what to expect, but to say Healthy Paws has been supportive would be an understatement. Every time we file a claim, we get a response within two or three days letting us know that the claim has been approved. Around a week later, a check arrives in the mail from Healthy Paws. They've made it so simple. Our dog has one more surgery coming up in June, and it is incredible to know going in that Healthy Paws will be there to cover it. We can focus on getting our dog healthy and not have to stress over her medical bills.

After being denied insurance coverage…
After being denied insurance coverage after forty-two years. I was shocked and very disappointed; I have a vintage home that I have restored.. with new foundations, wiring plumbing, a new roof, and a boiler.. It is a new house that looks old. I could not find an Insurance Company to insure me. I have my home safety checked every year.. yet nothing I said could influence any company. After searching for months I came across Sonnet Within five minutes I had insurance.. . I couldn't be happier. In fact, it happened so quickly I thought it was a fraud.. then I saw their ad on the television.. and felt better. I made a request to have papers for the bank and a very pleasant man responded and sent them to me immediately. I could not be happier.. and have referred others to gain Insurance through your company.

My young pup needed double tplo surgery. Very expensive surgery. Pets Best honored the contract and reimbursed me the full amount according to our contract. Please do not expect to be reimbursed before 45 days. Everything else went well.

The app is super convenient
The app is super convenient. The terms have deemed to be quite upsetting though. My cat has gone through a lot this past year, and none of it was covered because of “pre-existing” conditions, but we were still in the process of figuring it all out. Thankfully we found the means to take care of her on our own, but it’s been a struggle. I guess it’s an industry issue, but I wish there was a company that would step up for the animals’ sake. It shouldn’t be a question of life or death because of money ESPECIALLY when they have pet insurance.
