Healthy Paws cares about my dog and his care.
Healthy Paws has and continues to to help provide the best medical care. My Yorkie suffered a collapsed trachea last year. To date we have filed over 30 claims, and we have been reimbursed every time. The process is quick & easy with the app and payment is directly deposited. Most claims are completed in 3-5 days. Some of the larger claims take a little longer, like 7-10 days. I recommend this pet insurance to anyone getting a new puppy. Hopefully you never have to use it, but if you do, this company is there for you and they do what they promise. They even check in on our little guy to see how he’s feeling.

I will update after I receive my first reimbursement. I can’t seem to add my checking account for direct deposit, so that is another reason I gave only 3 stars. Customer service is Awesome! The gentleman did everything he could to try and figure out why I couldn’t sign up for direct deposit.
