Stay away
Thieves! I canceled my auto insurance a month in advance, and received a letter demanding a final payment for cancelation fees or whatever, with threats to contact a collection agency. Fine, I paid the fees just to get rid of them, and at the end of the month they charged my card again for the same fees! So essentially I paid twice. Conveniently their website is down and no one is available to take my calls. Stay away at all costs!

Easy to sign up and get going, haven’t had to use it yet but hoping it’s well worth the money! Very happy with the rates and the fact they will cover pre existing conditions to a degree.

Terrible costumer service very dissatisfied
Would not recommend, sales representative not truthful on what is covered. Despite sending in pre approval process, approving conditions, they refuse to cover procedures on conditions that were approved and takes hours to process claims. Sales representatives rude and condescending. Overall horrible experience. Money spent on monthly insurance (>$2000 in 2 years) would have covered all vet bills in that period. In 2 year period, Trupanion has only covered $110 of vet bills. Do not waste your money on this insurance company.

Would give a ten…however the EOB's have a lot to be desired. No breakout of charges and you have no idea what procedure or test etc was billed applied to deductible and dx coding is non existent

Trupanion was very quick in their reimbursement.
Trupanion was very quick in their reimbursement. And also very compassionate & understanding when our dog passed after surgery. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance
