I’ve been with Healthy Paws for over 2 years. Claim submissions are fast and easy. Recently our Homer boy had to have life saving surgery to address his breathing issues, the cost was close to $7K. Any questions I had regarding my policy was addressed with a quick call to a friendly customer rep. After surgery I submitted my claim and within days I was reimbursed 80% of Homer’s surgery. Healthy Paws was even kind enough to check on Homer and his recovery. Great customer service by people who really care about your pets. This surgery would not have been possible without pet insurance. Thank you Healthy Paws!

I am insured with Sonnet
I am insured with Sonnet. Had a small claim for car June 20th. No service. They took claim right away but no more news. Left messages 4 and emails 3 with no response. I don’t recommend them at all. Lack of customer service is amazing. Here is an update. I sent a message via the link given in the answer below and absolutely no response. If i could put a minus rating I would. such bad customer service.

Advisor very helpful and thorough
After extensively reviewing pet insurance options for my new puppy, I decided to enroll in Fetch. The advisor I spoke with (Janelle) was very helpful and provided valuable information which helped me make an informed decision. Based on my research and additional information provided by the Fetch advisor, I felt comfortable with the decision to sign up with them. Their coverage appears to be more thorough and extensive than the other companies I considered (Pet's Best, Healthy Paws, Embrace, etc.).
