Day 1. After months of company comparisons we chose ManyPets because of 1)cost of the basic plan 2)the coverage for both accident and illness 3)google/customer/and other well known site reviews. We look forward to not having to use the plan but having ease of mind. We plan to share our researched choice with friends.

Cant use benefits at all
My cat is in the ICU and I cant even use my benefits until may. I had to pay an outrageous down payment to keep my cat alive and I cant even be reimburst for this for another two weeks when the emergency is happening right now. If I paid for the insurance I should be allowed to use what I paid for when I paid for it. I wouldn't have gotten the insurance if that were the case. You guys are ridiculous

Wonderful customer service
I adopted a dog and 30 days of free insurance came with the adoption. My new dog became critically ill about three weeks later. I was able to get emergency care for him without stressing about the cost. Unfortunately, he died but I was able to know that I did everything I could for him. Trupanion covered his veterinary expenses promptly and treated me with great kindness through that process, including sending me a condolence card. I highly recommend them!

Awesome service
Submitted the claim, not even 24 hours later it was processed. It was a smooth process, no issues or problems. Wish my own insurance went as quickly as my pups did

I pointed out to you already that why was there no discount in the premium if paid in full, as I did, compared to instalment payments. That is the practice of the companies I have had insurance from before I switched to you. I haven't heard anything from you on that count.

No app for mobile phone
I have yet to make a claim, however after signing up I was quite disappointed to find that technologically they seem a bit behind. The website is antiquated and there does not seem to be an app for mobile phones. All the other providers seem to have apps which makes claim submission much easier. Hopefully, their coverage will make up for these deficiencies.
